2cnBeer (12 oz or 10 oz cans)
1/2cOlive oil
1tbWine vinegar
1tsOnion powder
1tsGarlic powder
2tsSalt
1tsGround cayenne pepper
1tbPrepared horseradish
2tbLemon juice

Mix all ingredients together and use as a marinade. Then use as a basting sauce for the meat while it cooks.
